Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

 

Delivery times are calculated from the time payment is received and your order has been completed in our workshop :

-In stock items can be ready to dispatch in as little as 1-2 working days

-Items that need to be made for you can be ready in 4 – 14 working days

-Bespoke pieces will take approximately 3-6 weeks to craft (for more informations see our Bespoke section). When we provide you with a quote we will also confirm when your piece will be completed.

UK

We will send your order via First Class Royal Mail or Next Day Special Delivery depending on the value of the item.

 

First Class Royal Mail : estimated 1 to 2 days delivery time, no tracking number but needs to be signed for.

Next Day Special Delivery : Guaranteed next day delivery, tracking number, needs to be signed for.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We will send your order via Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked.

Estimated 4 to 10 days delivery, tracking number, needs to be signed for.

Other shipping options are available (DHL, Parcelforce, …), please contact us to enquire about times and rates.

The recipient will be responsible for any international custom duties or taxes that may be applied in the country of delivery, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

 

We will notify you when your item is dispatched and send you the tracking number of your parcel. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

 

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted at the discretion of WWAN(1) and are subject to a quality assurance check. We will check the item when we receive it. Any items that show signs of wear, have been damaged, resized or altered by a third party will not be accepted for return and invalidate our return policy.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date. Please email us at support@wwan1.com with your order reference, your name, the reason of the exchange and the name of the item you would like to exchange it for.

We will get back to you with a return address you can send back the item to.

The item needs to be sent back in its original packaging and be in its original state. Please send the item back using a trackable postal service. We can assist you in arranging an insured shipping method. We do not take responsibility for the return shipping cost when an item is exchanged unless the original item was faulty.

 

REFUNDS

We offer refunds up to 7 days after the delivery date.

Please email us at support@wwan1.com with your order reference, your name, the reason of the exchange and the name of the item you would like to exchange it for.

We will get back to you with a return address you can send back the item to.

The item needs to be sent back in its original packaging and be in its original state. Please send the item back using a trackable postal service. We can assist you in arranging an insured shipping method. We do not take responsibility for the return shipping cost when an item is exchanged unless the original item was faulty.

You will only be refunded the cost of the item unless the item was faulty.
